Sunday 4:00pm check-in through Friday 6:30pm
dismissal.
July 28-August 2
(Sun-Fri) for rising 10th-12th graders:
Adventure Camps are
for active youth who are comfortable living out-of-doors and ready for the next
level of camp adventure. You will truly live as a Christian body in a co-ed
family unit of 6-12 campers with 2-4 counselors in one of our creek-side
Adventure Villages located in our vast and beautiful riparian forest. Each A.V.
includes a boys’ hut, a girls’ hut and your dining shelter with fire circle, all
by the clean waters of Wilson Creek. You’ll eat most meals in the Ark, swim in
the pool, sleep on bunk beds with mattresses and personal screening, attend
all-camp events, and have access to all the amenities of the camp including
bathhouses. The highlight of your week is our Adventure outings (see
description below). Plus, we still get all the regular camp activities listed
for Senior High Resident Camp including group games, crafts, music and singing,
campfires, swimming & polar bear swims, low-ropes challenge course,
creek-exploration, Home-in-the-Woods camping skills, hiking the camp trails and
a singing hike to Horseshoe Bend, orienteering and geocaching, Bible study,
special all-camp activities and worship, plus a day on the high ropes course.
Senior High Camp is a super week of spiritual fun, fellowship and worship.
You’re sure to develop lasting relationships; exploring your extraordinary faith
journey and building the Body of Christ while discovering the Treasures of the
Kingdom. A specific letter and gear guide will follow your sign-up. Limit 12
campers per program. By May 1 = $350; after May 1 = $400.
Equestrian (English-style
ring riding)

days of Equestrian skills and riding at Faux Farms Stables, just 1 mile from
Camp Bethel! Tucked into these beautiful rolling hills of home, the fine folks

horse husbandry. You will gain confidence in your skills learning what horse
people know. This hands-on program for true horse enthusiasts covers horse
safety, health and nutrition, grooming and use of all the equipment so you will
be able to tack up your mount for your daily lesson. It doesn’t end there!
You’ll compete for team prizes during fun-filled skill games that test your
horse sense. Wear pants and boots. Helmets, gear and professional leadership
provided. Minimum weight 60 lbs. Rated: easy to moderate.
