CAMP BETHEL Benefit Golf Tournament

Course:      Botetourt Golf Club

Time:         12:45 p.m. Shotgun Start

Format:      Captain’s Choice; a non-competitive day of fun

Cost:          $70.00 per person (green fees, cart, program & dinner at camp)

    $15.00 per person for banquet guests only

Prizes for “best-of’s” and lots of door prizes at the banquet.

 

Tournament Agenda:                                                                

12:00 Registration begins, 12:45 Shotgun Start, 6:30 Banquet at Camp Bethel  

 

Registration Fees (due by August 9):

Team of four (4) players = $280; Single Player = $70; Banquet meal only = $15

 

Sponsorships:

Gold Tournament Sponsor = $1000; Silver Tournament Sponsor = $500; Hole Sponsor = $150

(Gold Sponsors may enter a team of 4 for free, and Silver Sponsors may enter 2 players into the tournament for free.  All sponsors will be recognized prominently on signs and in our Tournament Information Program.)

You may enter as a team or as an individual.  Individuals will be assigned to a team.

The tournament is limited to 112 golfers.  Entries received after the first 120 will be contacted about waiting list options.

 

Mulligans will be sold at registration at the course for $5.00 each with a limit of 2 per player.

Fees and forms are due before August 9, 2013.

 

Check in at the Tournament Registration Table by 12:30 upon arrival at the course.

Be ready to play at 12:45.  Soft spikes are required.
